OMRA Lab is a literary art project, not a commercial service. We collect minimal data necessary for group access management.
Information We Collect:
- Telegram Username: Provided voluntarily via Tally.so form to receive group invite
- Optional Note: Any additional information you choose to share in the access request form
- Quiz Results: Pass/fail status (not linked to personally identifiable information)
Information We Do NOT Collect:
- Real names, email addresses, or phone numbers (unless you provide them voluntarily)
- Tracking cookies or analytics
- IP addresses or device information
- Content of Telegram group messages (Telegram controls this data)
2. DATA USAGE
Your Telegram username is used solely to:
- Send you a manual invitation link to the OMRA Lab Telegram group
- Verify quiz completion status
We do NOT:
- Sell, rent, or share your information with third parties
- Use your data for marketing or advertising
- Track your activity outside of the Telegram group
3. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION
Tally.so Form Submissions: Stored by Tally.so (third-party service). See Tally Privacy Policy.
Telegram Group: Messages and user data managed by Telegram. See Telegram Privacy Policy.
Retention: We delete access request data after processing (typically 48-72 hours). Telegram group membership data is controlled by Telegram's systems.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access: Request what information we hold about you (email: lab@404soul.ru)
- Deletion: Request deletion of your Telegram username from our records
- Leave: Exit the Telegram group at any time without explanation
- Anonymity: Use pseudonyms; we do not verify real identities
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
OMRA Lab uses the following third-party platforms:
- GitHub Pages: Hosts this website (no personal data collected)
- Teleform: Hosts the screening quiz (anonymous responses)
- Tally.so: Collects access request forms
- Telegram: Hosts the recovery group
Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.
6. DISCLAIMER: NOT THERAPY
OMRA Lab is a literary art project and peer documentation space.
We do NOT:
- Provide therapy, counseling, or medical advice
- Replace professional mental health treatment
- Guarantee any psychological outcomes

7. SECURITY
We implement reasonable security measures:
- Manual approval process prevents automated scraping
- No public database of usernames
- HTTPS encryption for website access
- Telegram's end-to-end encryption for group messages
However, no system is 100% secure. By participating, you accept this inherent risk.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
OMRA Lab is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the system, contact us immediately at lab@404soul.ru.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
